A production ball mill run by people who make powder.

Micron Materials is owned by Sustainable Concrete Group. It is the same plant where we manufacture Maxsil: waste glass is milled to 5 micron, blended with other ingredients and bagged into finished product.

Production ball mill plant at the Brendale contract milling facility

Our own products are milled here.

We own Maxsil and Silica Eco Fume, so our standards for quality control, and our care for the plant and your product, are very high. We run this mill every day for our own brands, and we hold your material to the same standard.

01

We build a specialty plan with you

We meet with you to understand your feedstock, your target fineness and your end market, then plan a milling campaign around it.

02

Testing and QC built in

Together we put a testing and quality control system in place, so every tonne leaves the plant to the agreed specification.

03

R&D for new feedstock

Have a material and want to explore its use case? Our R&D service helps you test what it could become before you commit to bulk milling.

Limited campaigns. Long term partners.

Mill time at Brendale is limited. We run a select number of milling campaigns each year, and we are looking for repeat partners who need fine powder end products milled and produced year after year.

If that sounds like you, book in early. Campaign slots fill before the year starts.
